Suggestion from my mom is to put a slip of paper in the luggage with the same info as your luggage tag, just in case the tag gets ripped off during rough handling. Good idea mom!

One week left! Ahh!
There's only one week left.. man time really flies when you're busy. Well, the luggage ordeal is finally over. Got me a nice bright 24" =D Wanted to get something bright and easily recognizable so it'd be quick to identify off that airport conveyor belt. Check it out!
So on the left we have my pack with some clothes and the rest will be my netbook, electronics and cables. In the middle is my new 24" wheelie with clothes, shoes, bathroom gear, and a squished up duffle bag to fit new purchases. On the right is my small adorable day-pack for day trips.

12 Days and Counting...
Today I finished my last exam EVAR (technically yesterday since it's past midnight now). Huzzaaahh! But on to better things..
Now I can totally focus on this trip. Can you imagine how many nights I spent looking up / researching random ish on the internet instead of doing schoolwork? Major distraction.
Anyway, so today I wanted to do a trial pack of all my stuff, and being the awesome best friend that she is, Alyssa helped me the entire way. Actually she did it all, but shhh.. she enjoys it so why not let her enjoy it to the max? ;)

Let's begin shall we?
So in comparison to my "regular" blog Musings of hoodie09, which is more clean and bright, and perhaps even easier on the eyes lol.. for my trip blog, I've opted to go for a more "dark and cool" look. That being said, if I myself find it hard to read later on, I may change things around.. but for now, it will stay this way.
In short, starting May 1st, this blog will be my online journal for the next few months until my return to Canada, while I make my way around the Asia-Pacific region. Be prepared for awesome pictures of nature, food, goofiness.. maybe a few boring ones here and there haha.. and my ramblings to accompany them.
My hope for this blog is to bring you along on the adventure with me, so I hope you check back regularly!! =]
